16th Annual Texas Christkindl Market Tree Lighting Ceremony

One of the must-visit attractions during the Christmas season in Arlington returns with the 16th Annual Texas Christkindl Market. The Tree Lighting Ceremony will be at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 27, when the market’s Christkindl Angel brings to life the Christmas tree and a breathtaking display of holiday lights. This year’s celebrates Arlington’s 150th anniversary and its 75th anniversary Sister City Friendship with Bad Königshofen, Germany.
Hosted by the Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Texas Christkindl Market is located on the North Plaza of Globe Life Field in Arlington.
The Texas Christkindl Market was inspired by the sister-city relationship between Arlington and Bad Königshofen, Germany, and first came to life in 2011.
