From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. each Saturday in October\, join the hotel’s instructors for Loews Strolls through the scenic Richard Greene Linear Park in the Entertainment District. \nParticipants will meet in the front drive at Live! by Loews\, do a quick group warm-up and then begin their walk through the nearby public park\, which is home to the Caelum Moore Sculpture Garden\, while connecting with other hotel guests and locals during an hour of movement and conversation. The route on the flat concrete trail is approximately 1.63 miles. \nAll ages and fitness levels are welcome. Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged. Complementary self-parking in the garage is included. Live! by Loews is located at 1600 E. Randol Mill Road.

This year’s celebrates Arlington’s 150th anniversary and its 75th anniversary Sister City Friendship with Bad Königshofen\, Germany. \nHosted by the Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau\, the Texas Christkindl Market is located on the North Plaza of Globe Life Field in Arlington. \nThe Texas Christkindl Market was inspired by the sister-city relationship between Arlington and Bad Königshofen\, Germany\, and first came to life in 2011. \nAdmission to the Texas Christkindl Market is free\, and parking is also free\, except on football game days. DESCRIPTION:Bring your friends and family to enjoy the annual Holiday Lights Parade. Thousands of people will gather for the pageantry which is followed by the lighting of the Christmas tree. Don’t forget to bring your camera and take a picture with Santa before the parade at the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library at 100 S Center Street or after the tree lighting at the Founders Plaza at 100 W Abram Street. \nParade will continue as planned rain\, snow\, or shine… but not ice\, lightning\, or other safety concerns! \nThe celebrations start at 2 p.m. at the Library with inside Reindeer Games! Before the parade\, bring your camera and take a picture with Santa at the Library. Crafts are part of the indoor Reindeer Games this year. \nThe outdoor Reindeer Games begin at 2 p.m. on the First Baptist Church of Arlington North Lawn with bounce houses and games games sponsored by More Church and at 4 p.m. with entertainment coordinated by Levitt Pavilion! \n\nReindeer Games | 2 to 5 p.m.\nPictures with Santa | 2 to 5 p.m.\nEntertainment at Levitt | 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.\nHoliday Lights Parade | 6 p.m.\nTree Lighting | following the parade\nPictures with Santa | following the tree lighting until 9 p.m.\n\nAt the conclusion of the parade\, the Mayor of Arlington has flip-the-switch honors\, along with Santa Claus\, to the Christmas Tree\, a spectacular 65-foot tree designed especially for Arlington. \nFollowing the Tree Lighting\, bring your camera and take a picture with Santa at Levitt. A special appearance will be made by Mrs. Claus. Santa will head back to the North Pole at 9 p.m. \nThe Arlington Holiday Lights Parade will return to Downtown Arlington on Saturday\, December 12\, 2026\, at 6 p.m.\n
