DESCRIPTION:Make plans to attend Arlington’s annual Aging Well Expo to learn important tips and information about how to live your best life here in The American Dream City. \nThe Aging Well Expo is a one-day event geared for adults ages 21 and up. This free event is organized by the City of Arlington with support from numerous community sponsors. With around 100 vendors\, fun fitness demos and free health screenings\, there’s something for everyone. \nPre-registration\nPre-registration is now open for the event\, which will be held Wednesday\, Oct. 7\, 2026\, inside the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center\, 1200 Ballpark Way. \nParticipants can choose to attend one of two sessions\, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or from noon to 2 p.m. Each session will offer the same experience. An accessibility hour will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for participants who use wheelchairs\, walkers or other mobility aids. \nVisit the Aging Well Expo webpage to pre-register and find a list of Frequently Asked Questions about this great event. You can also register in person\, by phone at 817-575-3400\, or at any City of Arlington recreation center. \nComplimentary Lunch\nAttendees must pre-register by 5 p.m. Sept. 18 to receive a complimentary grab-and-go boxed lunch\, which will be available throughout both sessions for participants to pick up and take with them. Complimentary water and coffee will also be available during each session. \nParking and Transportation\nParking for this event is free. Golf carts will be available to help participants get to the venue from the parking lot. Drop-offs at the front entrance are also allowed. \nInformation about Arlington’s On-Demand service and Handitran services will be emailed to registered attendees before the event. Golf cart shuttles will assist attendees from the parking lot to the front door. The entrance on the south side of the building is fully accessible. \nLearn more information about the event.
